A loyalty program for a chain of retail locations that pays customers back on what they actually bought. Customers sign up by phone, photograph a receipt, and redeem offers. Receipts are read automatically by AI that checks each one several times and takes the consensus, because a single read was not accurate enough to pay real money against.

A new lead gets a text back in seconds, which is the window where they still convert. It then follows up on a schedule, handles the call, and reports weekly, with every step recorded. Response time is the single largest lever on whether a local service lead turns into a job, and a person cannot beat an automatic reply.

A site for a commercial kitchen hood and exhaust cleaning company in Northern California, built to get the phone ringing. Every website lead fires an instant alert, so nothing sits unread in an inbox. It runs a deliberately light, rugged look rather than the usual dark theme, because that is what wins in the trade.

Gave an antique glass dealer one place to track stock, list items for sale, and record what sold. The video side of the listings was rendered by a small machine in the house rather than a paid cloud service, to keep the running cost near zero.

Every day this searches LinkedIn, YouTube, and X for people posting about having attended, throws out anyone who only visited the office without attending, finds a verified email address for the real attendees, and adds them to a campaign. A reply raises an alert straight away.

A cold email gets a reply saying yes, tell me more. What happens next comes down to speed and specifics, and nobody is awake at 2am to deliver both. This looks the prospect up, checks how their products are actually selling on Amazon, works out roughly what that is worth in revenue, and sends back a short reply quoting that real number before offering a call. The prospect can see that somebody looked at their business instead of sending a template, which is the difference between a reply and a booked call.

The machine that finds and contacts new clients, for the agency and for the clients it serves. It sources leads, finds and verifies email addresses, sends, measures what worked, blocks any existing client from ever being contacted by mistake, and runs its own experiments on subject lines against live campaigns. Across twelve months it has sent 4,200 emails at a 4 percent reply rate and produced 56 opportunities. Two ecommerce campaigns of my own ran 993 and 639 leads, the second landing 14 replies of which about 10 were positive. Delivered as a service for Master Private Label it reached a fifth campaign and 16 positive replies by April 2026.

Posting to social platforms, replying to Instagram comments, and catching a new video the moment it goes live are all jobs that need doing at hours nobody wants to work. These do them continuously without anyone touching anything. The posting works by driving a real logged in browser rather than an official interface, which is the only way to reach platforms that do not offer one. It all runs on hardware in the house, so none of it carries a monthly bill.

A bet on a game that never came out. The analytics product for server owners was built and ready, with a public interface for other developers and a companion bot, but the game was never released so there was no market to launch into. The code stayed public as a record of the bet.
